Anduin’s fund subscription offering digitizes investment fund subscriptions documentation, employing smart logic to guide limited partners (“LPs”) through the fund subscription process. Importantly, Anduin documentation will not allow LPs to submit documentation that is either incomplete or incorrectly filled out, mitigating a common issue in fund subscription without the intervention of high-cost law firms. This offering also pairs with a digital dashboard that allows general partners (“GPs”) to monitor LP progress in completing documentation. Together, along with a handful of upside option tickets, Anduin is positioned to become the dominant operating system for the GP / LP relationship.
