Kendall Miller Crocker

Kendall is a fractional COO, specializing in bridging the gap between board-level strategy and day-to-day operations for companies that aren't yet ready for the full-time hire.

Previously, Kendall was a Partner at SCOR Ventures, the corporate venture arm of SCOR Reinsurance, where she invested globally in founders and technology that advance legacy industries. Previously, she was the VP Operations for TheGuarantors, a New York-based insurtech serving the real estate industry. During her time there Kendall led strategic partnerships, fundraising activities, and people operations, as well as overseeing marketing and other GTM efforts.

Prior to the startup world, Kendall stood up the first Innovation function for New York Life Insurance to foster design thinking and drive new product incubation as part of their corporate venture team. Her career started at Monitor Deloitte Consulting where she led engagement teams in their strategy practice across a number of industries and clients. Kendall holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS Finance from Indiana University. Outside of work you can find her cycling, rock climbing, and meditating, in personal practice and as a certified mindfulness instructor.
