Kange Kaneene is a global technology and growth executive with 16 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. She has a proven track record in business development, sales operations, and startup investing, having led growth initiatives for organizations like SAP and Manhattan Associates. Kange excels at developing and executing geographic expansion strategies, advising senior leadership and boards on maintaining competitiveness and driving revenue growth.

Most recently Kange led SAP's accelerator for the Americas, managing 69 startups across the region. Under her leadership, the startups achieved six exits, one unicorn status, and collectively raised over $600 million in venture capital. In addition, she guided expansion into Latin America and the Caribbean and sourced a portfolio of 17 startups from Bahamas, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, and Ecuador. Finally, she brokered millions of dollars in pilots for startups by leveraging her deep network of professionals who lead the innovation teams at Fortune 500 companies.

During her tenure at SAP, Kange pioneered strategic partnerships with organizations that compliment SAP’s technology and services, most notably leading the collaboration with Amazon that enabled the retailer to expand into the $1.4T business-to-business e-commerce market.

Kange’s global growth efforts include an expatriate assignment in Singapore to generate the go-to-market strategy for the Asia Pacific launch of one of SAP’s latest innovations. The product (S/4 HANA) became the highest grossing product in the region and contributed to an overall increase in cloud subscription and support revenue of 20%, or €442 million. She successfully navigated cultural nuances in Japan, South Korea, Australia, India, and Southeast Asia and generated a standard, yet customized, strategy for the region.Earlier in her career, Kange guided digital transformations to optimize supply chains as a consultant for Manhattan Associates.

Kange is the Board Chair of KIPP NYC, a nonprofit network of 18 public charter schools committed to advancing educational equity in Brooklyn, Harlem, and the Bronx. The organization serves more than 8,000 students and operates with an annual budget of over $200 million. She leads a 20-member Board of Directors in quarterly board meetings and meets with the KIPP NYC CEO twice monthly to advise on key leadership topics including growth strategy, hiring, and government relations.
