Beth Clymer

Beth Clymer is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Canada Goose. She was previously Chief Financial Officer at Jobcase, Inc., a social platform dedicated to empowering and advocating for workers.

Prior to Jobcase, Beth spent a decade at Bain Capital Private Equity, where she helped build companies that treat workers with dignity and respect, including Canada Goose, Bob's Discount Furniture, Burlington Stores, WorldPay, and HD Supply. Before Bain Capital Private Equity, Beth was a consultant at the Parthenon Group, a Boston-based business strategy and consulting firm now owned by accounting firm Ernst & Young LLP.

Beth holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University. Beth and her husband, an Army veteran, are parents of two spirited daughters and active philanthropists in the Boston area.
