Andy Luther
Bio
Andy has spent the last 15 years in Boston-based tech startups at the intersection of software, machine learning, and operations research. He is currently Head of Technology at Asymmetric portfolio company OneScreen.ai. He was formerly Head of Engineering at UpSmith. Prior to UpSmith, he was Senior Director of Software Engineering at Indigo Agriculture leading their marketplace platform organization in digitizing grain transactions. Prior to Indigo, Andy built the Data Science Engineering team at Catalant Technologies to match talent with project-based work for their consulting marketplace. Prior to Catalant, he worked in R&D at Kiva Systems (now Amazon Robotics) building a simulation platform for rapid iteration of system design for mobile warehouse robots. He spent his early career in manufacturing at Northrop Grumman Shipbuilding. He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.
